ensure that the customer is making an informed

transparent way, we will never mislead any of
our customers, and we will ensure that our
customers know the full implications of the
decisions they are making (good and bad)
We aim to agree with our customers at the first
meeting what they can expect from our employees
and also what we expect from our customers. If
our customers become dissatisfied with any
aspect of our service we will investigate the
underlying cause of their dissatisfaction any
take appropriate action as and when required.
Finally our reputation is very important to us,
therefore satisified customers before, during
and after the sales process is core to all our
dealings with our customers.
